Are you a history buff? The Berlin and Coos County Historical Society is looking for volunteers to help with preserving display historical documents and artifacts. Here are some of the ways you can help.
- Become a Docent, meet visitors and assist with tours of museum
- Help research historical and family trees
- Setting up exhibits in the museum
- Transcribe historical documents
- Digitize photos and movies
- Technical and computer support
- Learn how to safeguard documents, create finding aids
- Participate in planning, development of ideas for programs
- Facility maintenance and repairs
- Assist Barn Sales and other events
- Help with fund-raising
